Sorry, this will have to be a super super quick entry. I am in Puerto Maldonado, Peru right now, and I will be off to the Amazon tomorrow. Things have been super frickin chaotic these past two weeks... once I get back from the Amazon I promise I will sit down properly and write some emails to update everyone! I found out today that there was a bit of a miscommunication, and it turns out I will only be going to Las Piedras for 2 weeks instead of one month. I just sent out a bunch of emails to other research stations/lodges to see if I can get something else lined up for when I come back. I don´t think 2 weeks in the Amazon will be enough for me!
